[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. The batteries already needed replacing after 3 weeks but I did play with the features a lot. I had work done and was able to let the contractors in remotely from my phone. No worries about leaving a key.

Good but battery drain is an issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this lock on my small (500 sq.ft.) vacation condo.It’s very convenient to eliminate the need for a key. However. I’ve had to replace the batteries multiple times in the short time since installation. Online articles suggest that the mechanisms not moving freely can deplete the battery. I don’t think this is the issue. Besides, I only enter a couple times per month. The only thing I can think of is the WiFi connection. But with such a small unit, the signal should be strong. Not sure if I can toggle the WiFi connection or not. If it’s going to eat four AA batteries every couple months, the remote lock/unlock feature isn’t worth it.
