Great lock but be ware of Apple Homekit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent lock. It was easy to instal. I connected first to the Schlage App and then with Apple Homekit. I was disappointed to learn Homekit only allows one I phone to be connected. To share access with other I phones, Apple forces you to buy an Apple home hub.

Amazingly Surpassed my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a few months ago and it really added so much ease in my day to day life but my favorite thing honestly is having different codes for each of my family members that come here when I’m not home. Let’s me know who and when they enter their passcode and even tho it’s my family it’s nice to know who’s coming and at what time. Even the app is awesome I use both Schlage and Apple home. So far battery life seems pretty decent but again it’s only been a few months. I don’t leave many reviews but I felt this lock was worth the time to write something and 100% worth the money I paid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd one, I replaced the first one after a couple of years because the battery components were corroded and stopped working, i assumed it was something I did wrong so I got a new one and it is great but now te battery's aren't lasting very long

First impressions…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used a Schlage Zwave smart lock for years and not a fan of it. Because it constantly disconnected from the hub, and it was such a process to re-pair, it was frustratingly a very expensive keyless keypad.
The Zwave keypad got wet in a driving rain and had constant issues after. Disconnecting the battery allowed it to work for a few hours then it stopped.
So I bought this to replace it. This has a similar appearance, a much smaller Interior Module and connects via Wi-Fi. As of this time, I have not lost connectivity to it. The “Schlage button” Was replaced by two other buttons; a lock and house symbol. This takes a few days to get used to.
Although not clearly explained, you pair an iPhone or Apple Watch to open the door, by holding it in front of the lock.
I have been able to use the device through its native app as well as link it to my Google Home. This has allowed it to remain part of the routine that Locks everything in the house automatically at midnight.
So my first impression of this Lock so far is very good. It was pricey but works much better than Zwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Integration of Alexa and Apple Home app makes things easier to keep track if its lock or not. I dont carry a physical key that often since I can lock and unlock by tapping my iPhone or Apple Watch on the device.
