[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schlage Encode Plus is a great smart lock. It looks nice, feels well made, and is very convenient. I love being able to lock and unlock the door using my iPhone or Apple Watch. The keypad is responsive, and the Schlage app makes it easy to manage access codes and check the lock from anywhere. Installation was also straightforward. Overall, it’s reliable, secure, and worth the money.

Bumpy start but now a big fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock was installed by the company that installed our door, so no review on that piece. I had trouble setting up the lock with my WiFi but was eventually successful. At some point our battery died and I didn’t realize it until after it had *really* died and it wasn’t fixed by just replacing the batteries. I googled the issue and AI was VERY helpful walking me through the various solutions (involved completing a factory reset, removing and re-adding the lock to the app, etc). It took about an hour but it worked and I now have a much better understanding of the lock and its features. I also made sure I set up an alert when the batteries need replacing 😉.
I would recommend this to a friend!
