[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about 1 month ago and love everything about this product I live with 2 handicap people and love I can open the door from anywhere from my phone and it also lets me know when the door is unlocked and locked awesome I already told all my friends about it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Locked myself out of the house and called the locksmith. Even they couldn't pick the lock to get in and ended up drilling it. Said it was the best in the industry and I believe it. I said, yep, install another one this time with the key pad! Thank you for keeping America safe 😊

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock came with my home and in theory would be great. It worked fine for about a year and am now having consistent problems with it needing to be fully factory reset due to losing WiFi connection, etc. Also, the batteries drain on this lock like no tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nifty Smart Lock
