Super simple to install and program

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a month ago. Easy to install. Adapts easy to various hole sizes. App integrates into Alexa. Quickly set up routines to auto lock night. Try operating lock from remote location and it works fine

The app allows us to add individual, personalized codes for each of our guests and we're notified each time our guests use their code to come and go. We couldn't be more pleased with the Encode lock and Schalge lock.

Great Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this lock. My kids always running in and out of the house never locking when they do they leave with no keys. We take advantage of being able to add key to our phones which we know kids never forget. They also have their own personal code in the even they do. All this allows us to track when they came in. Love the self lock feature. We can leave with peace of mind we locked the door. App keeps us informed. I would definitely recommend.

Access the lock from anywhere!

1/2 functional but reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in late June 2024. Very easy to install and set up. Downloaded the Schlage app and Duracell batteries are estimated to be at 80% after 3 months of use. Lock is used daily. The smart lock is exactly what I was looking for as far as features and physical design. My only complaint is that the Encode Plus is advertised as being able to be opened by my Apple Watch. Opens with my iPhone 15 Pro when the lock is set up through Home (formerly HomeKit) and can just hover phone over the keypad. I tested it upon installation, and it worked. Next time I tried the lock doesn’t unlock with the Apple Watch. The only difference I noticed was when the HomeKit app updated to become Home. I’m unsure if this is the actual cause and if Schlage’s app development or Apple’s needs to fix this. Many other users also report the same issue being unable to unlock with their Apple Watch. I feel like the money spent on the lock at least the feature that separates itself from the rest should work or else you could just use any other smart lock and it would function the same for a cheaper cost.
