App is always disconnected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to have the option of unlocking and locking my door when I'm not home. Well the app only shows my lock is unreachable. So I still have to make the drive to my rental property since that option is useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
