Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this pick for a few years now. I love the WiFi feature and can check anywhere if I locked the door. I also like that I can send a code at any time. However, the WiFi feature also drains the battery pretty fast. I have to change the batteries every 3 to 4 weeks. This is fine for my home, but difficult for a vacation home since I won’t be there to change the batteries. But obviously I like it enough to buy a second one.

Great lock but one flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dead bolt Wi-Fi lock that I can lock and unlock from anywhere in the world. Installation was easy for me because I have a number of similar Schlage locks. However, this one has one very annoying flaw - you cannot see the outside keypad in the sunlight. As a result you are guessing where the numbers are. It is not an issue at night, but if sun shines on the keypad, good luck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd keypad lock. The first one has worked flawlessly and I wouldn’t change it for the world. The 2nd one i installed at a different location that isn’t visited too often (and isn’t easily accessible). Everything was great until i left and my app is saying (not connected). New internet and wifi works fine and i have restarted it. I also made sure new batteries were in the lock before i left. I have not been able to fix it yet but the fact that i can’t get a connection without physically going there to fix it is kind of frustrating.
