[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No more lock boxes for keys, no more giving general door codes to guests and housekeeping. I know who opens the door and when or I can remotely open it for them. Once I figured out the instructions (Google it for best advice), my set up was easy and easy to change. Why didn't I get this smart lock sooner?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a total of 5 of these deadbolts. All have been easy to install, connect to Wi-Fi, and work flawlessly. The app is super intuitive and it’s easy to grant a virtual keys to guests and family members. I also like how the app allows you to remotely check if the door is secured. Plus with a wide variety of options. I can continue to keep everything under one application and brand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second encode and we love it! It is used for our rental vacation properties and we manage it from several states away. NY to Florida currently. No issues ever and very user friendly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent quality for my Airbnb. The lock works seamlessly with the Airbnb app. It can change the code for each new user automatically, with the time controls aligned for check in and check out. I’m very happy with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a deadbolt/lock that was 1) reasonably secure/tamperproof, 2) allows for keyless lifestyle, 3) allows me to remotely issue codes/manage access, 4) tie into my SmartHome (mixture of apple/alexa), and 5) can unlock with my Apple Watch. The encode plus does 1-3 flawlessly. SmartHome integration: If I want to use the Schlage app to manage a lock, I will have access to the lock history (timestamps for which codes were used/etc), but the lock runs off WiFi and drains 4xAA batteries every 3-4 months or so. If I want to integrate it into HomeKit/alexa, the encode plus does run on thread, and easily doubles the battery life. But, I lose the access history because HomeKit takes over the entire interface. Apple Watch: definitely works. But it takes maybe 2-3 seconds to unlock with my watch. And it takes me less than a second to type my code. This lock still lets me eliminate one key from my keychain though, so I’m pretty pleased. If we ever get digital drivers licenses here, I’ll be able to leave the house with just my phone instead of doing the keys/wallet/phone check every time I leave the house. In any case, the locks work great. I only wish they made an encode plus with handleset for a garage-side door. But since we almost never use it, it just has a dumb lock.
