Nice features no instructions for wifi or app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the abilities of the lock I use for short term rentals. There are no instructions for detailed info on setting up the wifi and app. If you run into a problem getting help is very difficult and they usually don’t understand what I’m asking and ignore questions in my emails, and aren’t available by phone. When you have wifi and app there are many scenarios that you cannot figure out on your own and need the manufacturer to help. Detailed instructions with the product on possible errors and solutions would help the process.

Great for the whole family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The old smart lock that was on my condo when I bought it crapped, so I upgraded to this one. And I'm glad I did! Everyone gets their own code and it has been great so far. I've had some quirks with the wifi, but that's not a deal breaker because the back up keys and codes are so easy to use

Perfect for Airbnb and peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this on our second home in which we rent while we are away. It is perfect for setting codes for each guest and you can schedule it to start working when they check in and have it stop working when they check out. We also use it for our cleaners and I like that you can set it to turn on from a certain time to a certain time on day every Saturday! It gives us such peace of mind to be able to see our doors are locked when we’re away and if the cleaners forget to lock the doors, I can do it remotely!
