Overall four stars; what I miss is that the brush bristles are inferior in comparison to my standalone brush and I would wish to have the water compartment larger so not needing water as often.

Really like my new waterpik. Brush has two speeds and waterpik has 10! This was a warranty replacement and I cannot say enough about how great the service is. They were kind and so very helpful.

Water Tank empties prior to brush cycle. Don't know if the less expensive models are most likely just as good as this. If you are considering buying one, I think you should forget the pro model.

We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. The Sonic-Fusion reservoir was designed to hold one minute of water time which is our recommended usage. We recommend that you brush first, floss, then brush + floss.
