It does a good job of cleaning your teeth. However, the extra full size toothbrush heads I ordered did not come with plastic covers. They was a bit disappointing

Hello Carleen - We are sorry to hear you're disappointed with the replacement full-size brush heads. The SF-04 model comes with two brush headcovers. They are not available separately and a generic toothbrush head cover can be used. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com.
Water Tank empties prior to brush cycle. Don't know if the less expensive models are most likely just as good as this. If you are considering buying one, I think you should forget the pro model.

We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. The Sonic-Fusion reservoir was designed to hold one minute of water time which is our recommended usage. We recommend that you brush first, floss, then brush + floss.
It is a awesome product but a bit on the noisy side when using the WaterPik portion. I don’t think you could use it as an early riser because it would wake the other person up. That’s my only complaint. I love mine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello there - We are happy to hear you're loving the SF-04! The product is a motor-driven appliance, and as with other common household motor-driven appliances, some noise is normal. We stand behind the quality of our products and the warranties that come with them. This model carries a three-year warranty. If you have any issues, please let us know! This combined electric toothbrush and water-flosser delivers very gentle but thorough cleaning of the teeth. There are, however, a couple of problems that result from combining the two functions. One of them is that if you try to do both at once—brush your teeth and water floss at the same time—the water from the floss function immediately rinses away any toothpaste on the brush. So you end up brushing with just water, no toothpaste. Another problem is that the coil that carries water to the toothbrush for the flossing function of necessity is dragged into the sink, where it can get spat upon.

Hello Goodeffort - Thank you for the feedback. We do recommend that you floss first, brush, and then floss+brush. We are always looking to improve, so we will happily pass this along to our product development team.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved using this! My teeth look and feel much cleaner than using a regular electric toothbrush. To be honest, I was never a floss person so I'm very happy to try an alternative to regular flossing that actually works for me! It was very easy to put together and use. It is much smaller than I expected and doesn't take up much counter space, which is awesome. My teeth are sensitive but this has been very gentle yet cleans effectively. I love that it is so quiet and simple to use, reminds me every 30 seconds to change quadrants, has different settings for my sensitive teeth, and has dual voltage since I travel a lot!
Well made-Works well-Flosser is very powerful. Methinks the liquid reservoir should have been larger. I’m not yet convinced that the toothbrush works as well as the oral B I owned previously. It is a little pricey.
I bought this on the advice of my dentist who had purchased one earlier in the week before my recent appointment. The hygenist asked, as they always do, when the last time I flossed was. I said, "you mean before I came here? Well the time before that was when you did it". All kidding aside, we don't do it as often as we should. Honestly, the last time I had a water pik thing was years ago and we all hated it. Now this comes along, something that you can brush and floss at the same time. Whoa! I find reasons to use it. I'm having to buy toothpaste more often than I used to. Two thumbs up!!
Overall four stars; what I miss is that the brush bristles are inferior in comparison to my standalone brush and I would wish to have the water compartment larger so not needing water as often.
