This was a replacement for an older unit that I had. The device is extremely good and have used these for years. I have a "Sonic" as well and each has it own variations. This device is smooth, not abrasive and I really like the results of the "Water Pick" functions, keeps your Gums Alive and looking good!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don’t like it. The water pick makes a mess with water running down my arm then all over my counter top, plus the bristles are to soft! I’m going to return it.

the on off switch are very easy to turn on when using the water pik or the brushing functing on holding the unit as its moved around the hand have to be careful to not turn either of the functions when using
