I like the way the unit works, both brush and waterpik. My main complaint is that the battery and the power supply are not replaceable. It's hard to believe you'd make a unit that has to be discarded for those reasons. I won't recommend the product to anyone ,and I will shop elsewhere in the future. I hope you will consider designing a unit more environmentally friendly.

This product is amazing. I have a crown that food always gets trapped in. For the first few days I followed up with regular floss just to be sure that the water flossing actually worked. It does!!!! I am amazed at how much food particles come out when using the water floss. I also love the 30 second pause. I feel that I do a much better job brushing when concentrating on specific areas for 30 seconds. I am so glad I invested in this product.

I have been using the flosser for a couple of years and love it. Thought it would be an upgrade to go to the brush plus flosser. Unfortunately I don't feel the flosser in the combined unit works as well, and you cannot really use both together. If you put toothpaste on the brush it blows off if you try to start with both.

Disappointed, hoped and expected a better performing product. I thought maybe it was just a matter of getting used to it and all I needed was practice. So far when I finish brushing and “flossing” my teeth still don’t feel clean. I find it annoying when the machine cuts off after two minutes.not recommended.
