I have used the Waterpick for about 4 weeks now. It took some time to get familiar with it, but now I use it about every night. To use the water flosser, you turn the brush on first and then the sprayer. To turn it off, you reverse the order, which is kind of awkward when the unit is slippery from being used. The mirror in my bathroom is getting hosed some in the process sometimes. I love a clean mirror as well as the next person, but still...... Outside of that, no problems

Waterpik Waterfloss is very good for whole family to clean teeth. No bad smell coming from mouth. Gum are more strong. Mouth is fresh like clean teeth from docter.

The Waterpik SF04 is a great instrument, the combination of the pik and the brush are a perfect pair. I did have a problem with the pik motor dying because of a GFI tripping, the company came through and replaced the unit. They also suggested that I use a surge protector to prevent a recurrence..
