Love the size and design of this new model. Good compact size, quieter than my old waterpik flosser and nice to combine the flosser with brush. Glad to get rid of old separate Waterpik flosser and separate electric toothbrush. Too bad you have to have the machine plugged in to use the flosser (not necessary for brush only). Like the easy release of brush from the water connection for brushing only. I floss first and then add toothpaste and brush. Otherwise, the force of the flosser and all the water washes away all the toothpaste too fast. Have only tried the standard brush and not the "mini" one (which I assume is for children?). Easy to clean...brush/floss head attachment does not allow stuff to get into the handle, a problem that I had with my old electric toothbrush.

I have used a waterpik for years, and it’s by far the easiest way to floss my teeth (which includes 5 bridges). My dentist is always impressed with how well I care for my teeth. My husband also has a unit, and he loves the new larger brush that is now available.

This is poorly designed. Great concept the brush hold has no indentation for the cord and it is so hard to get it to stand.
