My first shipment did not function. The battery in the toothbrush did not charge. After calling, I had to have another one shipped. The person I spoke to was very helpful. Very annoying.

A little more pressure and larger reservoir for the water tank would make this better . I dont see where to change the toothbrush settings either. I don't think there is one .
