This is our second sonic combo set up. This one is more streamlined and has more features. We love it! Highly recommended. Our teeth never felt so clean, and how reinforcing to see all the gunk pour out when you brush and floss simultaneously!! Get it!

Hello Uncka - The Sonic-Fusion has the same pressure range as our other counter top water flossers. The range is 10 PSI on low and 100 PSI on high. The intensity may feel different due to the bristles.
