The item is a little pricey but if you have been to the dentist lately it more than pays for itself. Being able to brush or water floss or both at the same time has benefits that you and your dentist will see very quickly. After my last visit I was sold on something that will take my oral care to the next level. This item fit that need perfectly.

I’m a dental hygienist! Just got this for son who struggles with heavy plaque accumulation this is the best. His teeth look so healthy and he thinks it’s fun to use so it motivates him to use it. We always use the dual water-pick brush at same time for a great cleaning. I recommend this to my family and my patients. My mother in law, mother just got theirs and they love how their teeth feel and look.

Unit worked as a tooth brush just great. The water pik sprayer did not work. The pump ran but no water came out. To get it working i removed the hose from bottom of the unit and removed the other end from the hand controler. I then turned on sprayer and water ejected out the bottom where hose connects. This told me the blockage was from the hose into the hand controler. Next i placed the hose in my mouth to force air through the hose while holding in the check valve. Air started to force through. I then connected the hose to the base unit and the hand controler then preceeded to once again use the water pik feature. Water was now blasting out in a forcefull stream as expected. Unit has now been working correctly. I suspect some foreign debris from the manufacturer was lodged in the hose. I would expect quality control would verify the pump primes and flows water out and into the hand wand/ controler. Other than this issue i am satisfied with the product. I hope it lasts for its warrenty period.
