I have used this a few times. It did not charge the 1st 24 hours, but when I figured it out it was good. I had to adjust to the operation, and I love that I can brush and use the pik at the same time. Honestly, the plug is clunky and takes up the whole outlet so I had to purchase an extender. I will keep using it and try the different settings. It is not convenient for couples, and we had to purchase two units because you cannot purchase an additional brush handle separately for couples.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is not a paid review . This is by far the one of the best oral care system on the market. I have found with regular use my overall dental health has improved and my smile is much brighter . I would hghly reccomend if oral health care is a concern ..

I got my 1st waterpik 60 years ago and love the results of clean teeth and healthy gums, If you could show how brushing does not completely get all particles. but the water pressure does!

Doesn’t clean teeth as well as previous electric toothbrush. While I can get the outside of my teeth, pretty clean, I can’t seem to get the angle right for it to clean the insides. I end up going back over it with a regular toothbrush. I do love the flosser part of the unit, however.
