Love the dual feature idea, but it's very hard to keep your hands and handle dry with the brush flosser. The flosser we had was much dryer since it was easier keep from dripping water all over.

This was a replacement for another unit that developed cracks in the plug housing. As with that unit, I love the device itself. It cleans my teeth and leaves my gums healthier than years of different products have been able to do. Fingers crossed that the plug doesn't fall apart on this one too.

1) I love the dual actions of this model. Its the only one in the market that has the option to brush and squirt water at the same time.
2) The first one I bought is less than 2 years old and it just stopped working. I live in Spain and would like to have it repaired. Please advise.
3) The first time I used it , I found it to be very noisy but got used to it and accepted the noise because I liked the dual function so much. It would be great if you can make it quieter.
