Waterpic is great but the toothbrush doesn't go fast enough

Hello Jkirkland - The toothbrush gives you the option to choose between two brushing speeds: high and low. To change to a different speed, you need to press the Speed button while brushing. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com.
This is my second water pik. I decided to upgrade from my old water pik as I was having trouble with it. So far, I really like this one. I like how you can brush and floss at the same time. I also like how the brush hesitates to let you know to change to a different section of your teeth. It seems to be good quality also.

Hello Miss Jo - We are happy to hear you decided to upgrade to the SF-04 model! Waterpik stands behind all our products and does include a three-year warranty. Should you ever have an issue, we encourage you to contact us at 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com.
Great idea. My only slight criticism is that it can be a bit awkward and messy trying to get the best pressure on both the brush and flosser. It can take a bit of time to find out what works best for an individual. I think the idea is great and I recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello there - We are glad the unit is working well for you. Here is a helpful how-to video that will help with your technique. https://youtu.be/vr4rjfX0mDA. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to pass it along to our Engineers.
I had another WaterPik toothbrush/flosser, an earlier model, and the toothbrush quit working. I merely called to find out how to replace the wand portion, and the lady checked and said she was sending me a whole new model!! And I love it!
The waterpik I received does not work, does not even come on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
