I bought this because i had not been to a dentist in 30 years. No kidding. I have gum disease and they actually recommended this exact product. I read about it and bought it. All I can say is WOW! I have never felt my teeth so clean. The combination of jet and brush is amazing. I so wish i had done this sooner. I mix anti-plaque mouthwash with in the water container, and the places where I could feel plaque build-up on my teeth with my tongue are now as smooth as glass. Again, this thing is amazing.

This unit does great work and eliminates the need to switch between a toothbrush and a flosser. Wish is wasn't so loud though - that's the only complaint I have about this unit.
