Great Customer Service. Received gift of a Waterpik and Loved it for a few months. The flossing water feature stopped working. Called and agent gave several tries to restart the feature. Then with phone sharing and verifying the unit was 6 months and replacement was sent and arrived 8n 3 days. Happy again with my new Waterpik. Love the way it cleans my teeth and gums

The Sonic 2.0 is an excellent product. My only complaint is the cord from water tank to brush is too short. I am a taller person and if the cord was six inches longer, I would not have to bend over so far.
