I'm very pleased with the brushing and the way my mouth feels afterward. I dislike the flossing side of this system and the mess that it makes. Can't Waterpik come up with a better design?

Hello Linda B - We are sorry that you are unhappy with the flossing feature on the SF-04 model and found it messy to use. There is a trick to it. We have found the best advice we can give is to always place the brush head in your mouth before pressing the FLOSS button. Lean over the sink and slightly close lips enough to prevent splashing while still allowing water to flow from mouth into the sink. I love the brush, however the first one I purchased stopped water flossing. I liked it so much I purchased another one. The one thing wrong is the water button should be on top. Many times I accidentally turned it on and sprayed everywhere. Good thing I wear glasses, it got me in the face a few times.
