Got it for my son who has braces and needed something to improve his gum health. This seems to be helping and he says he likes it better than the standard water flosser because just the brush head vibrates vs the entire unit that he holds onto.

Two brand new units. Both DOA.

My dentist recommended I get one of these because I'm just terrible at flossing. I loved the idea of both the floss and brush in one unit! So I ordered one. I unboxed my new item, let it charge, and then I couldn't get the floss function to work. After some troubleshooting, it seems it never connected wirelessly.
Ok. Defects happen. So I order a new one and sent the defective unit back for a refund. And I get the second one today. I plug it in and let it charge up... and the brush never turns on.
Packing it up and sending it back for a refund. I'm done. Two units back to back that don't work at all. That on top of seeing reviews that say the floss function stops working after a while, it is clear that this is a very expensive lemon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
