It’s great for the gums and teeth. However, the water pik is a bit messy. Water flows out of the mouth like a steady waterfall.

Hello Elijah - We are sorry to hear you're having difficulty using the product. There is a bit of a learning curve, but the key is to lean over the sink and slightly close lips enough to prevent splashing while still allowing water to flow from mouth to sink. I like the overall performance of the unit and I wanted to give you higher stars but the lid of the water tank broke the first time I filled it up with a single snap and will not lay totally flat. Is there a way I can order just the lid replacement?
