We have the Ultra and were very happy with it. Our dentist insisted we get the Professional because it was so much better. It's not. It's flimsy and hard to keep together to put away. But worse than that it does not do as good a job as the Ultra as it does not get in between the teeth as well (even on the highest setting). It is more difficult to direct the flow of water.

Replaceable battery because one the battery dies the thing is no good any more , it should be simple to make so you can put a new battery in instead ;

I like this product and the flossed is awesome. I would like a softer setting on the toothbrush, but isn’t bad. I have to refill the flossed water storage during a single flossing, but that is not a problem because I really appreciate the compact design.
