It's a little messy when flossing and the brushes could be a little stiffer. Other soft head brushes I have used seemed to clean a little better.

Great device. Gets your teeth clean and leaves your mouth feeling tingly. Only thing I would change is that I would reverse the Brush and Floss buttons.
