I have been wanting this product ever since it came out. I have gum disease, and I didn't floss my teeth regularly. This new technology has made "flossing" my teeth convenient and effective! For my purposes, the water tank holds enough water for two bushings. I love being able to adjust the intensity on both the water pressure and the speed of the oscillating brush. Being able to completely perform oral hygiene with one product at one "brushing" is more than convenient, but in my opinion, better for my over-all oral health. I am so glad I bought this! I totally recommend this to anyone who can "safely" benefit from this (possibly excluding very young children, disabled and the elderly-accuracy and the forceful water pressure being my concerns...)! GET IT!
