The only real complaint I can say is the brush head bristles are pretty meh. Otherwise great product. Maybe give some options for better heads (see sonicare) and then 5 stars.

My previous electric toothbrush finally wore out and I have been seeing this advertised - It is a pain to take out the other waterpik since the bathroom counter is so cluttered - this unit being all in one is amazing - I have used it for a little more than two weeks and it has made such a difference! Glad to finally have my routine back together CONSISTENTLY!

I like the way the unit works, both brush and waterpik. My main complaint is that the battery and the power supply are not replaceable. It's hard to believe you'd make a unit that has to be discarded for those reasons. I won't recommend the product to anyone ,and I will shop elsewhere in the future. I hope you will consider designing a unit more environmentally friendly.
