Major improvement would be the ability to use one button (instead of two) to start/stop brushing and flossing together. Very unwieldy to keep fingers on two buttons during entire process. Otherwise than that, love it...

It's worth every penny you pay for it. It's much quicker to brush and you can easily get to the places that can be difficult to brush.It addition, it does a great job flossing.
