My hygienist recommended that I get a water pik and a friend had purchased this and liked it. For me, the best thing about this item is that I can brush my teeth and then immediately use the water pik feature. I don't have to deal with dental floss and picks which saves me a lot of time. This is very easy to use and I like the gray color very much. I would purchase this again.

I received a call from Waterpik about the one I had forgotten to get out for Christmas and then I found it it didn't work. I was surprised when the lady tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone. When the Waterpik didn't work for her, she told me I would be getting a new one. I did and I love it. I make a mess sometimes, but hopefully I'll get better! Thanks for great customer service.

This is absolutely the best dental tool! It doesn’t feel too aggressive on the teeth, but you will definitely see results… pieces of food are in the sink. I love that you can add Listerine to the water. I love it!

Every time I brush then follow-up with the Water Pic, it’s as if I’ve had a professional dental cleaning. I do not plug it in directly to a ground fault circuit interrupter; I plug the Water Pic into an extension cord attached to a regular outlet. For whatever reason, the device works better that way.
