I received a call from Waterpik about the one I had forgotten to get out for Christmas and then I found it it didn't work. I was surprised when the lady tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone. When the Waterpik didn't work for her, she told me I would be getting a new one. I did and I love it. I make a mess sometimes, but hopefully I'll get better! Thanks for great customer service.

This is absolutely the best dental tool! It doesn’t feel too aggressive on the teeth, but you will definitely see results… pieces of food are in the sink. I love that you can add Listerine to the water. I love it!

Every time I brush then follow-up with the Water Pic, it’s as if I’ve had a professional dental cleaning. I do not plug it in directly to a ground fault circuit interrupter; I plug the Water Pic into an extension cord attached to a regular outlet. For whatever reason, the device works better that way.

This Waterpik combination of toothbrush and traditional waterpik is just phenomenal! My husband and I have been using it for about a year, and we just can't live without it! We even try to take it on trips with us because we miss it too much when we don't! Our dentist feels that our teeth and gums are much improved, which is always a good thing. I highly recommend it to everyone!
