Great Customer Service and Very Helpful

I had two DOA units from my dentist unfortunately, I called WaterPik tech support and they walked me through the process of getting another replacement. This is most likely a fluke to have two bad units; they are definitely living up to their great customer service and I was told that they will send a replacement right away. I have been using this product since I was a child 45 years ago and WaterPik must be doing something right, which definitely reflects in their customer service!
