This is my 2 product in use.
My new one looks good, slightly bigger and I like the volume of water capacity and the pump.
Now comes the bad news, the motor is noisy and some thing like better insulation can be done. Another slight problem is during use or brushing it stalls for a second now and then, my older one never stalled during use. Brush heads for various use would be nice if included.
Also I like the holder for head for quick changes.

The best tooth brush we never had

This is the best toothbrush I've ever owned. I've been using a Sonic for years, and my only issue is that it breaks easily when changing the brush head. It took me a while and several purchases to realize that changing the head twice a day for two people damages it. We had to buy two to avoid changing the head daily and solve the problem. I wish I could just buy the handle so I only need one and one water reservoir on the counter. Changing the head is quite difficult; if you pull too hard, it breaks fairly easily, just like the other one we had.

I love it except for one thing: The waterpik button is too close to the toothbrush button. I am always turning it on before I am ready. It needs moved further down the toothbrush so this doesn't happen.

I received this as a Christmas gift. I do like that you can both brush and floss at the same time. As much as I like the combination, I do miss not being able to choose the type of flossing tip I want to use. The different tips for different flossing needs. That said, however, having both in the one product is convenient.
