Didn't do the warranty after trusting the brand, after one month flosser does not floss, not going to ask for a replacement, im sure they don't care. AVOID.

Disappointed, hoped and expected a better performing product. I thought maybe it was just a matter of getting used to it and all I needed was practice. So far when I finish brushing and “flossing” my teeth still don’t feel clean. I find it annoying when the machine cuts off after two minutes.not recommended.

The toothbrush/waterpik works. It is really messy though. I find myself cleaning the handle and holder daily or they get icky fast.
