We recommend that you start on the lowest pressure setting that is most comfortable for you. You can adjust the pressure gradually as your gums become stronger. This is a game changer! I’ve owned several Waterpik flossers over the years, and this one is the best ever! This is so much easier to use, and I really enjoy the convenience of having the brush and Flosser together in one unit. This product does an outstanding job of cleaning and flossing my teeth. I actually look forward to using this everyday.
I have ordered new brush/floss but only received the small one. Where can I get the larger one?

Disappointed that brush controls water and not base of unit. Gets confusing with two buttons on brush. Had the table unit before since 1980's and really liked the button on base.
