Need larger tank

The water tank doesn’t have the capacity sufficient to floss during the entire brush cycle when using the highest setting.
I do like the small brush head, as it gets around the teeth better than the larger one.

Not happy with the Professional

We have the Ultra and were very happy with it. Our dentist insisted we get the Professional because it was so much better. It's not. It's flimsy and hard to keep together to put away. But worse than that it does not do as good a job as the Ultra as it does not get in between the teeth as well (even on the highest setting). It is more difficult to direct the flow of water.

I am very disappointed with my new Waterpik Sonic Fusion! I have had Waterpik products since the 1980's - probably all of your models! This model is extremely difficult for me to use! I have very bad shoulders and trying to manipulate the brush is very difficult for me! It was much more convenient then the brush was a separate entity from the stand. I do not like the attached cord and find it very awkward to use!

Not a good design

Placement of brush is awkward & the hose does not store well. It’s in the way of the charging dock. The original waterpik is far superior. Don’t waste your money.

Hello there - We are sorry that you are having this difficulty. The SF-04 model does need to be primed before first use. To prime the unit, fill the reservoir with warm water and replace it ÿrmly on the base. Point tip into the sink. Press the FLOSS button. Good Idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It sounded like such a good idea to have both the electric toothbrush and Waterpik in one. I liked my old Waterpik because I could isolate an area with the tip. With having it combined in one, I felt like it was hard to do. Maybe if you don't have any areas of concern this could be the product that you want. I felt like it was made very well. The handle felt somewhat bulky to me. It had different options so that you could use it separately as either a toothbrush or the Waterpik. It also had a dial so that you can adjust the pressure of the water.
I would recommend this to a friend!
