Brush defective

I recently bought Sonic-Fusion™ 2.0 Professional (Save $20 + FREE brush heads with code SONICFEB at checkout!). When I opened the package, the free brushes were not there (only the included brush is in the package). The floss is working but the Brush is not. I followed the instruction carefully. But the brush did not work as intended. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just purchased our second combination unit. The first one stopped working and I decided to try alternative products. Nothing is as effective & convenient as the WaterPik. The brush now has two speeds which I love. And nothing beats the flosser. My husband & I are both very happy to be using this unit again!

I feel that it does a great cleaning but the design of the water tubing is a pain to keep in place and sometimes if you can’t circular wrap correctly could possibly push the electronic devise off it’s holder

Perfect for those of us who don't like to floss! It's just so easy to turn on the water pik after brushing. Suggest buying generic toothbrushes instead of Waterpik's because bristles way too soft.
