This is the third Waterpik brush/floss I have purchased. The first one for myself, then one for my cousin, then the third one again for me because my first one stopped working after 4 years. I love this product and do not see myself without it. I am shocked that other companies have not followed suit in creating this type of brush/floss all-in-one toothbrush. At my last 2 dental appointments the hygienists were completely surprised at how clean my teeth were and free of plaque. They asked what I was doing in order to keep my teeth and gums in such great shape and told me that I should continue using whatever it is I have been using. So I am and I always will. The strength of the water pressure for flossing is so beneficial at rinsing away anything brushing may have missed. I cannot say enough good things about this product.

Does not hold a charge

I got this from my house for Christmas. It doesn’t work. The lights turn on doesn’t know the charge. I returned. It got another one same exact thing two units in a row.
The previous one we had, we had it for a couple years and it worked great this one not so great

We are very satisfied with the way it brushes and flosses our teeth. The brush can get a little slippery and the flossing or brushing function can be triggered accidentally; but that’s a small sacrifice for the job it does.
The only thing that we are disappointed in is the brush heads. We feel more bristles, would improve its functionality.

This one is a lot harder to use compared to to the old one. You do not have control of the water as well to get it in the right place. The mirror is covered with water spots and is messy. No tips to change for areas the dentist wants you to focus on. I don’t recommend it.

I've found the WaterPik a very effective tool to keep your teeth in top condition. I've previously flossed manually, but there is no comparison to how the WaterPik cleans in between your teeth. Can't believe I waited this long to use a WaterPik. And the timed brushing mode really helps too.
