The product is great BUT, I have gone through 3 waterpik/tooth brush systems in as many years. They either break the tooth brush part or the waterpik part. My last one the whole wand came apart. I love the product but wish they were made a little better so as to last longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After many years of using a manual toothbrush, with which I was applying too much pressure on my teeth and gums, I now enjoy brushing again. I love the effectiveness and speed of the unit. I last used an electric brush when they just moved back and forth, so I’m amazed by the ultrasonic action.

Doesn’t clean teeth as well as previous electric toothbrush. While I can get the outside of my teeth, pretty clean, I can’t seem to get the angle right for it to clean the insides. I end up going back over it with a regular toothbrush. I do love the flosser part of the unit, however.
