Brush defective

I recently bought Sonic-Fusion™ 2.0 Professional (Save $20 + FREE brush heads with code SONICFEB at checkout!). When I opened the package, the free brushes were not there (only the included brush is in the package). The floss is working but the Brush is not. I followed the instruction carefully. But the brush did not work as intended. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this toothbrush. Its awesome that i don't have to use both an electric toothbrush and my waterpik appliance. Plus, it has a smaller footprint wirh only having one appliance instead of two, which took up all my sink counter space.

This is my second Sonic Fusion 2.0. Technically my third. The first one was replaced. It is the second one I purchased. I cannot live without it. Well I could but my teeth would feel unclean. I love the ability to floss and brush at the same time. I floss and brush after every meal. I heartily recommend this product. I take it with me when I travel. I just can’t go without it. But then I’m OCD when it comes to oral hygiene. Truly cannot live without it. As my last one was dying I had ordered a new one before the older one was completely shot so I wouldn’t be without. The old one started leaking where the hose met the toothbrush base. I sure am glad I was able to get another one right away. Even my dental hygienist likes them and complements me on my oral hygiene routine. Buy it you will love it.
