I absolutely love this product. It is a great concept but the water pick part doesn’t work now. Trying to get it resolved. I am just sorry this happened my water pick is just a month old. Darn! Hopefully this is not a reoccurring problem.

Not comfortable using it . Trying smaller brush head. Messy with the water pik. Had been recommended by my dentist after crown replacement and fridge work. Really disappointed.

I had a Waterpik Sonic Fusion before but after a little over a year of usage the battery failed.
So I bought a Waterpik Water Flosser + Oscillating but it didn't do as good a job as the Sonic Fusion.
So I bought another Sonic Fusion and I hope the battery problems have been fixed. I love the way it cleans.
