The 'all in one' brush/floss oral health care Waterpik is so far ahead of the standard brush. It cleans so much better and the water floss gets particulates that a brush alone or even string floss can't quite remove. While a stand alone water flosser is ok, it's just not as convenient as the 'all in one'.
