Very nice waterpik. I bought this one to replace an older water pick and like this one much better. My only feedback is that the cap that comes with it to cover the brush is too small.

The hose that connects the reservoir to the brush mechanism does not put away cleanly and causes the brush to fall over or just be unattravctive. It is also irritating.

Tubing to brush is much too short and makes it difficult to use.

Hello Barbara - Thank you for your feedback on the SF-04. We're sorry you found the product difficult to use. The toothbrush can be disconnected for travel or hose-free brushing. You can disconnect the toothbrush from the water hose by pressing the round button on the backside of the power handle.

Best Product Ever!

As someone who was always lazy when it came to flossing, this toothbrush made my dental routine fun! My mouth has never felt so clean, and my teeth were visibly whiter after just one day. Although this toothbrush and flosser are both powerful, they are extremely gentle - I have very sensitive teeth to cold, so being able to floss with warm water has been a game changer! This product is worth every penny, and I will be highly recommending to friends and family!
