This combined electric toothbrush and water-flosser delivers very gentle but thorough cleaning of the teeth. There are, however, a couple of problems that result from combining the two functions. One of them is that if you try to do both at once—brush your teeth and water floss at the same time—the water from the floss function immediately rinses away any toothpaste on the brush. So you end up brushing with just water, no toothpaste. Another problem is that the coil that carries water to the toothbrush for the flossing function of necessity is dragged into the sink, where it can get spat upon.

It is so nice not to have to switch between appliances to clean your teeth, I love the fact that after brushing, I can go straight to flossing. I also appreciate the different flossing , I feel levels, I have more control if my gums are more tender one day as compared to another.
