I love my water pic and electric toothbrush. My mouth has never felt so clean. The unit is compact and sits on my bathroom countertop. I feel all the excess bits of food are flossed away

She told me that when it worked ,she sure was right

More compact unit, yet a strong performer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for some time now, and can honestly give it a 'thumbs up'. To begin with, it is more compact than my previous model (the brush batteries would not hold a charge) -- this unit takes up less countertop space, yet produces a good rate of flow for the water flosser, and the brush is outstanding. I have only two reservations: 1.) I travel frequently and extensively, and would like to have a method for recharging the brush while on the road -- when the charge runs out, you have to wait to place it back in the stand to recharge ... not always possible.; and, 2.) the magnets securing both the water flosser and the brush to the base unit, while good, sometimes release when jostled, often at the most inopportune times -- perhaps some sort of retaining clip could be considered for a future generation. Other than that, this is an iteration of the WaterPik line that is most worthy, and I would recommend it.
Quieter and softer flow, even at high speed, than previous version. Easy to use and works great! Feels good on my teeth and gums. And customer service is top-notch.
While I like the product features and function the toothbrush (while on the charger) is totally unstable. I am surprised that the problem was not caught in Human Factors testing. Pehaps there was no Human Factors testing. It is continually falling off the stand. A major irritant

Hello - We're sorry this is happening. The CC-04 comes with a two-year warranty. We would be happy to investigate this and open a warranty claim if necessary. Please email us directly at smreviews@waterpik.com or contact customer service at 1-800-525-2774 for assistance.
In my opinion, the only positive for this waterpik is the small size of the unit taking less counter space. On the negative side there is a major design flaw. The toothbrush holder is not deep enough and the brush falls out when using the waterpik. Another flaw is the brush size. It's too large and when brushing molars the mouth has to be slightly open thus water splashes out of the mouth. If your engineers ever develop a fix for the brush holder, I hope I'm notified. I've used waterpiks for over 15 years and this is the only one that has been disappointing.
