More compact unit, yet a strong performer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for some time now, and can honestly give it a 'thumbs up'. To begin with, it is more compact than my previous model (the brush batteries would not hold a charge) -- this unit takes up less countertop space, yet produces a good rate of flow for the water flosser, and the brush is outstanding. I have only two reservations: 1.) I travel frequently and extensively, and would like to have a method for recharging the brush while on the road -- when the charge runs out, you have to wait to place it back in the stand to recharge ... not always possible.; and, 2.) the magnets securing both the water flosser and the brush to the base unit, while good, sometimes release when jostled, often at the most inopportune times -- perhaps some sort of retaining clip could be considered for a future generation. Other than that, this is an iteration of the WaterPik line that is most worthy, and I would recommend it.

Toothbrush is garbage!

This is the worst toothbrush I've had.My sons tore up a month after I bought it and now mine is not wanting to come on.I looked it up and everyone has had the same problem.Just as my Denist said I just paid for name cause there is alot better toothbrush out there. She told me that when it worked ,she sure was right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This waterpik toothbrush and flosser station is amazing. It has been great at helping my son want to brush and floss! It comes with multiple toothbrush heads and different types of flosser attachments. It also has a travel case for the toothbrush. The toothbrush holds a charge for a long time when not returned to its charging dock. It has been great to have in our house. I would definitely recommend it!

It works OK but has some drawbacks

Liked the old one this replaced better. Difficult to turn on; so light unit moves when on button is pushed. Old one had a turn knob. Too easy to knock toothbrush over; pushing on button, touching with flosser hose, slightest bump all sends toothbrush into the sink. Old one had tighter fit.

The water tank holds much more water for flossing. My old one was good but usually ran dry before I was finished. I love this one. It is also compact ,saves space and only uses one outlet. Thank you Waterpik.
