I would love to say how well this works, but it doesn’t. The water pressure never changes from the lowest to the highest setting. On the highest setting, if you extend the tubing at a downward angle into the sink, you get a very low pressure stream. But it doesn’t come out at all if wand is held upright . Failure on all fronts! Should have listened to the reviews!

Sorry I purchased this item. the toothbrush and flosser does is unstable in holders, they are always falling out of their slots and the cord for flosser is hard to return to it spot.

Unfortunately, I have had the same experience as others -- this product simply stop working and is a total dud. I didn't have it very long at all. The toothbrush shows it is charging - but it isn't charging. And it simply stopped working. Somewhere this failed in the quality assurance process.

In my opinion, the only positive for this waterpik is the small size of the unit taking less counter space. On the negative side there is a major design flaw. The toothbrush holder is not deep enough and the brush falls out when using the waterpik. Another flaw is the brush size. It's too large and when brushing molars the mouth has to be slightly open thus water splashes out of the mouth.
If your engineers ever develop a fix for the brush holder, I hope I'm notified. I've used waterpiks for over 15 years and this is the only one that has been disappointing.
