love the fact it can be pushed flat against the wall. also beyond handy to have the phone app to get it started before i get to shop and change direction of the fins. much improvement. would recommend.

Apex-500 Great Buy!

The Apex-500 works great, especially in the dry heat of Las Vegas. Two units keep our 288 sq ft patio cool all summer long. They have enabled us to use our indoor/outdoor living setup four more months per year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's compact design allows me to move around the shop and include it in my personal work space. The directional controls are priceless! Notification reminders are extremely helpful. I find that adding ice to the holding tank makes for extra cooling! A good idea would be the option to insulate the holding tank to preserve the cooler water. Over all, it is phenomenal and a must have in the automotive world. This product really works and is easy to maintenance. Highly recommended to my co-workers and they are definitely considering the purchase!

Lower electricity consumption

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Apex 500 to use in a small workshop and overall it has worked very well. It’s not an air conditioner, but the airflow is strong and when it passes through the wet cooling pads you can really feel the cooling effect, especially if the space has good ventilation. The unit feels well built, it’s easy to move thanks to the wheels, and it also uses very little electricity compared to other cooling systems, so it can run for hours without worrying too much about power consumption. The water tank lasts quite a while before needing to be refilled. In my experience, it’s a good solution for garages, workshops, or open spaces where you need to lower the temperature a bit and improve overall comfort.
