The Apex-500 works great, especially in the dry heat of Las Vegas. Two units keep our 288 sq ft patio cool all summer long. They have enabled us to use our indoor/outdoor living setup four more months per year.

love the fact it can be pushed flat against the wall. also beyond handy to have the phone app to get it started before i get to shop and change direction of the fins. much improvement. would recommend.

This is a great product. I use it on my pation and it works great in the Arizona summers. It's easy to take a part and clean. I've only had one issue and that was with the pump. Portacool sent out a replacement and it was easy to change. I would buy this again.

Great cooler for hot plants

I like that it can cool down an 10x10x8 area relatively quick, however, this thing sounds kinda deafening and I wish we could have a constant water feed for it, it gets tedious adding water.

The airflow is incredibly powerful for such a compact unit, and it cools down my garage/workspace much faster than I expected. One thing I really appreciate is how efficient it is on water and power while still delivering strong cooling. It’s also surprisingly portable — easy to move around wherever you need it most.
