My expectations were pretty high when I ordered the Qrevo. First time using it exceeded my expectations. There are so many reasons why but here are a few. Cleans very well, love the pictures it takes when seeing a pet, extremely good at detecting obsticles, and the app is so easy to use. So much customization in the app is incredible and much more. This Qrevo is one of my best purchases i ever bought.

I liked my first Roborock so much that we decided to get another one for a different floor. I couldn't decide which on to put at which floor, so I put them side by side to compare.
The Curv is all white and light grey, definitely much cuter, and for sure the major reason I purchased it.Curve is about an inch-ish short in height compared with untra 8 one I had. I'm not crazy about the water container because is isn't as easy to open as compared to the ultra 8. I love the look (I know I mentioned it so many times already. Lol.).
The cleaning tray on the bottom was definitely much better than the other model I have as it has much less parts that requires removal to clean.
One thing I did noticed was that it took much longer time to get up the saddle between the room and bathroom. It didn't have as easier time as the ultra 8 robot, but it did eventually get up and clean the area very well.
Also, when it was cleaning, it was kind of acting funny at a small area of the room that I put it to test. You can see it from the map view that the top right corner, right before it gets into the bathroom; it wasn't cleaning like the rest of the area. It did clean well, but I thought that was odd. Other than that, it did clean very well and was able to capture the areas that ultra couldn't clean well.
The noise level was much better as compared to the ultra I had. I usually would hear ultra when I'm working in a different room, but I did not hear Curv.
Over all, while it isn't perfect in my opinion, I'm very very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Oh, and I'm going to put this in the living room area, so everyone will see it when they visit since it is super adorable!

Having previously owned the Roborock Ultra, I was already familiar with the high-quality cleaning solutions Roborock offers. However, the Roborock QRevo Curv took my experience to a whole new level. Here’s why I believe this device is a game-changer in home cleaning.
1. Ultra-Quiet Operation
One of the standout features of the QRevo Curv is how quietly it operates. While many robot vacuums can be disruptive during TV time or family gatherings, the QRevo Curv barely makes a sound. Whether I’m watching a movie or sitting around the living room with family, the vacuum cleans efficiently without disturbing us. It’s truly a relief to have a machine that does its job in the background without drawing attention.
2. Impressive Cleaning Around Chair Legs and Corners
The circular mop design is incredibly effective at reaching tight spots. I’ve always struggled to clean around furniture, especially chair legs, but the Roborock QRevo Curv excels here. The round mop moves smoothly around obstacles, ensuring every corner and tight space gets the attention it needs. It has solved one of the most challenging parts of cleaning, especially in rooms with lots of furniture.
3. Hair Untangling Technology: No More Post-Cleaning Hassle

The Qrevo vacuums and mops really well, but that’s actually the least impressive thing about it. What I love most is that it’s practically a fully automatic cleaning robot. I NO longer have to remove the mop pad, wash it, dry it, and reinstall it by hand. It can automatically wash and dry the mop for you, and all the dirty water goes straight into a separate tank. The only thing you need to do is dump the dirty water! If you’re mopping a large area, it’ll even pause halfway to clean the mop before continuing, so it’s always using a clean one. It also automatically collects dust, so you don’t have to empty the dustbin after every cleaning. It’s super convenient. Plus, it’s quieter than any other robot I’ve used. And when it goes under the bed or into dark spaces, it even turns on a light. So cute!

Upgrading from the Q Revo: solved many pain points

I’m upgrading from the Q Revo (original). This unit significantly improved my life in the following regards:
1. Anti-entangle design. The roller and brush design this generation is able to let all long hair go into the dust bin no problem. This means I don’t have to take it apart every week to remove hair manually.
2. Better mop washing tray. This is similar to previous point in that it reduces the amount of work I need to do. Now the tray does its own cleaning when washing the mop. I don’t have to flush it weekly anymore.
3. Hopping motion. I forgot what Robotock calls this but I’m talking about the Q Revo curv’s ability to raise itself and get over a max of 1.5 inch high obstacle. Now I don’t have to worry about it getting stuck around stuff like chairs with a flat base( like the ikea möbius chair) or rails for sliding doors. I believe we are eventually going to see robot vacuums go up and down stairs. Can’t wait.
4. Better looks. IMO it just looks better.

This QRevo Curv is a showcase of advances in Mop/Vac technology

I purchased my first mopping vac in 2020, and honestly, I wasn’t that impressed with the mopping. Those early vacs just dragged a wet cloth across my hardwood floors without being very effective. We turned the mopping function off most of the time.
Oh my, how technology has advanced since then!
I’ve been using the new Roborock QRevo Curv for the past week and I cannot believe how sophisticated and clever it is. I can finally say there’s a mopping robot vacuum that makes my life easier.
The advances are so numerous I don’t know where to begin.
It vacuums better AND more quietly.
Nothing gets tangled in it.
It handles corners and thresholds better.
It mops MUCH better.
It fills, empties, cleans, dries and disinfects itself!
And it’s much smarter and more customizable than previous generations of robot vacs. It even recognizes which direction the planks are laid on your hardwood floors, to mop along the floor seams and minimize scraping.
Things I love about it:
- The dual Anti-Tangle system (see video). OMG this really works. Wow.
- It’s somehow both the most powerful AND the quietest vac I’ve ever had.
- The AdapiLift chassis for going over thresholds (see video).
- The way it will vacuum rugs first, then lower the dual spinning mops to deliver mopping intensity based on how much is needed.
- The FlexiArm that gets into corners for both vacuuming and mopping.
- The dual Anti-Tangle system (see video). OMG this really works. Wow.
- It’s somehow both the most powerful AND the quietest vac I’ve ever had.
- The AdapiLift chassis for going over thresholds (see video).
- The way it will vacuum rugs first, then lower the dual spinning mops to deliver mopping intensity based on how much is needed.
- The FlexiArm that gets into corners for both vacuuming and mopping.
The only negative to this vacuum (besides the price) is that it can be a bit complex. To be fair, there is a SmartPlan Mode that just lets the Qrevo Curv use it’s AI technology to figure out the best cleaning plan for each room. Turn on SmartPlan and it will decide how to clean automatically, including where to clean first, and adjust the cleaning power based on what it detects is needed (for example, it recognizes carpets and can vacuum first before wetting the mops).
My recommendation: SmartPlan is a great way to get started, though I was afraid to trust it to make decisions about how to clean my room with the silk rug (better safe than sorry). Once this vac has mapped your house and set up a cleaning routine, you can get into the app and customize the cleaning plan further.
I didn’t mention the MANY pet-friendly features, which look really cool (I don’t have pets), or the AI Obstacle Recognition, which really works. I love that the Qrevo Curv is never going to get tangled in cords or socks or shoelaces. But there are times I would rather it get tangled than skip the cleaning. For example, if I lost a sock under the bed , my old vacuum would get tangled in the sock and send an alert to my phone that it was stuck. The Qrevo Curv will steer around the sock for years if I’m not paying attention. The good news is that if you DO pay attention to the app, it does add the obstacles to the map and even show you a photo of the obstacle! Again, to get the most out of this technology, you can’t ignore the app!

Keeps up with my dog and two young kids! Can't recommend enough!

This is an upgrade from my previous Roborock and they continue to impress. With my older model, there were a few pain points that annoyed me and the Qrevo Curv literally addresses them all!
- It had water tanks external allowing curious kids and animals to get into them. The Curv has these contained by a lid, very nice touch.
- The mop cleaning pan would often gunk up with debris and hair. The pan on the Curv is two parts and has agitators to better clean the mops and loosen debris (among other nice changes).
- Underneath my cabinet and appliances would always have a build up of dust and hair that the robovac couldn't reach. With the extending arms, that's no longer an issue! Looking tidier than ever!
- With a little adjusting, I was able to get the Curv to crawl over the lip of my baby gate allowing it access to my living room. I'm no longer stuck moving the machine and manually setting it to do this room which is a massive QoL improvement.
- It had water tanks external allowing curious kids and animals to get into them. The Curv has these contained by a lid, very nice touch.
- The mop cleaning pan would often gunk up with debris and hair. The pan on the Curv is two parts and has agitators to better clean the mops and loosen debris (among other nice changes).

The Curv is a massive upgrade from it's predecessors and shows clearly that Roborock is listening to our feedback and care about addressing the pain points felt, learning from those opportunities. I can't rave about this enough and am eager to see what they cook up next!
