This is my 3rd Dyson and the best one yet. It's powerful and fun to use and the light is pretty neat too.

I never thought I could be this happy with any vacuum or cleaning device, but I absolutely love this thing. My carpets & rugs look like new. I also have hardwood our 1st floor, and the laser for the hardwood floors is so satisfying. It helps you pick up every single piece of dust and dog hair. My floors have never felt this clean on my bare feet. I love vacuuming now. My husband is sick of me raving about it, so I thought I should write a review instead. :)

Great product with one HUGE problem

It’s great. It’s powerful, has a long lasting battery, it’s CORDLESS!!, it includes a convenient wall mount, it’s light and versatile. The particle count display isn’t really that useful. I wish I could just turn it off and only show the time remaining but that’s really a minor complaint that you stop noticing almost right away. I thought the laser was a gimmick too. I was wrong about that. It works really well. Too well actually, which is my big complaint. I used to go a week between vacuuming, and sometimes longer if the floors looked clean. The laser shows how much dust and other particles actually accumulate within just a day. Now that I can see it all with Dysons laser, I’ve begun wasting valuable time every day vacuuming because Dyson showed me how disgusting my floors actually are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dyson V15 - A beast!

Absolutely in love with this machine. I don't have a point of comparison so I don't know how others cordless vacuums do but this thing pulls out so much dirt from our carpets that I find it almost unbelievable.
We got the V15 primarily to keep with our golden retriever and our space feels so much cleaner now. I use the V15 everyday on carpets in two of our rooms and it fills up every day! A few other things to note
1. Really like the "hanger" for charging. Vacuum is ready to be used 24x7 and no messing around with charging battery
2. Laser head is great but I felt I was spending way too much time vacuuming hardwood floors. Recently we have moved to a robotic cleaner for hardwood floors and this combo is working out well for us.
3. I don't pay much attention to the particle count and this is possibly an over-engineered aspect of this machine.
4. Can't speak about the longevity of this machine right now so we will see how it holds up.

I love this vacuum! Never thought I would find a vacuum to pick up dust on my hardwood floors like this vacuum does. Amazing! Definately recommend this as your one & only vacuum. To remove the nozzle and get into small spaces is so easy and it is light weight. Works wonders for dirt & dust!!

Love this machine except for one thing

I love how easy it is to use this machine. Even my teens want to use it! It picks up so nicely on floors and carpet and the laser light is amazing. I end up vacuuming more than before, as a result. We are a house with two shedding dogs so the ability to pick up fur is so important. My only criticism is the power tool attachment, for furniture, does not do a great job on dog fur. Even on boost. I have to go over it a lot. My cheaper old vacuum does a better job. This is an important part of my cleaning cycle so it’s unfortunate this part ends up being less than ideal. But I would buy this again. I do love Dyson and their technology.

Well designed cordless vacuum

I replaced a previous cordless vacuum with the V15. The Dyson wins hands down. The features are great. The vacuum isn’t too heavy and the accessory choices are good. I own 2 cats. That means I always have cat hair and litter to clean. The led light let’s me see all of the floor even when the room light is low. The attachment doesn’t take an hour to remove the hair. Emptying is easy too and I need to do that often.
