This vacuum is well worth the money. Love the laser light on the vacuum it shows every speck of dust on the floor that you can't see without the light on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When Dyson could not replace the canister to my Dyson Detect that was still under warranty, they quickly replaced my vacuum with a Detect Absolute. I was very happy with my Absolute, but am even more happy with the Detect! It's more powerful and does a great job. Thanks Dyson!

We have a small two bedroom house, but have two dogs, two cats, and a baby on the way. So we wanted to get a good cordless vacuum, and I don't think we could be any happier with our purchase. I vacuum all the time now. It's so quick and easy, while doing such an amazing job picking everything up. The laser fluffy roller is awesome for showing you how well it's cleaning. We definitely feel it was a great purchase.

This vacuum is so easy to use. It’s a tad on the heavy side, but soooo worth it! It has so much power for a “stick” vac. Love that it’s cordless. Easy to empty. I can’t say enough about it. You need this!

We have a DC-7 Animal that we bought in 2005 that we loved in our previous house that had wall to wall carpet. That one didn’t do so well in this house with laminate floors. I’ve been looking at reviews for several months trying to decide if I should buy a stick vac and finally decided to make the purchase. This machine is everything I’ve come to expect from Dyson and NO MORE CORD. The soft brush is great at picking up dog hair, we have a shedder, and the power head does great on the area rugs. So far, I am totally satisfied with the V15 detect.

I have been using the V15 Detect+ for a few weeks now. The vacuum is very quiet compared to the suction power. I love the laser feature. and the multi attachments.
