Purchased our Dyson 11June2023- it’s now 13 July and still haven’t used it since the battery was not charging.
Waiting for my replacement battery
I would recommend this to a friend!

Vacuum head for carpet quit working after 3rd time using it. Battery does not last long. Vacuum should have came with a second battery

Not what I expected

I bought this a month ago, it doesn't pick up all the pet hair, the mop attachment does clean pretty well, but it takes days to dry after use. Want to return, haven't heard back yet. 48 hours turned into days still haven't heard back
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Seriously

I was super excited to get this. I had been saving up and waiting to purchase this. I get it- it doesn’t work. It’s dusty- which I thought was really weird for something new in the box. It won’t turn on. I tried contacting Dyson- they assure you the chat feature is a person, it’s not. It’s a robot. They are “looking into their inventory for a new battery” what a piece of crap…I really didn’t expect this from Dyson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wouldn't run out of the box. ran for 30 seconds and then it just shut down and the battery lights blinked ALOT! when it would restart, it ran for less time and the light would blink again. Returned it to Dyson for a refund

I was loving it until the battery fell out and something chipped off and now I have to duct tape it together

I have had my Dyson about 2 weeks, hard to really make a judgement now, but find the handle hurts my hand,, not sure if the suction on echo is really strong enough for my carpets but can’t use the med/auto mode because it is so strong I can’t move the head. I use med on my hardwood floor and throw rugs. I like the emptying bin and would like to get the extension tube for the other attachments. I’ll keep using it and hoping I get used to it.
