Superb!!

Who would have thought that I'd write a review about a vacuum cleaner, but it is outstanding. The suction is better than the V11, and the laser light works very well on hardwood floors. Turn the room lights off, and then go to where the dirt is! EASY and it really works. I gave my V11 to my daughter and now only use the V15. Thanks to the engineers at Dyson. You re-invented the vacuum with the laser.

I looooove this machine! I have 2 short hair dogs that shed terribly and this vacuum is a dream come true. Love all the attachments and the power is unbelievable for a cordless. Better than my corded any day, which I actually gave away on day 2 of owning this as it was love at first sight!

The power of the vacuum cleaner is good, but even with normal operation, the battery runs out quickly. When cleaning the container, everything close to the edge quickly falls out, but from the depths I have to pull it out with my fingers or with a long stick. A special gripping brush is needed to completely clean the container.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An angled laser makes invisible dust visible on hard floors. A piezo sensor continuously sizes and counts dust particles, showing real-time scientific proof of a deep clean on the LCD screen. A de-tangling comb automatically clears hair from the brush bar of the High Torque cleaner head. And the new Hair screw tool has an anti-tangle conical brush bar to pick up long hair and pet hair. Fast. You also have the benefit of three powerful suction modes, and a click-in battery that provides up to 120 minutes of run time.
Run times on your machine will vary, depending on the suction mode in use, and tool being used - motorized attachments will naturally draw more power from the motor and battery. Depending on floor surface and suction mode in use, you will find run times vary from 5-60 minutes on a single battery, up to 120 minutes when using the back-up click-in battery pack.
With regard to emptying the dust bin, there is a max fill line on the bin, and you should be emptying the canister before debris is able to fill past this point. Dirt can and will accumulate in the upper portion of the bin, becoming trapped between the bin and cyclone, if debris is able to fill.

DYSONS BEST VACUUM YET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3, 15-year-old boys, a husband and 2 dogs. I am a practically a professional vacuumer! We have been through nearly every vacuum known to man and have been using Dyson for the last few years. Dyson has exceeded our expectations from the start. They ruin you for all other vacuums, but this one is by far the best. They have updated so many features. To start, it is lighter, making vacuuming the stairs much easier. It adjusts to the debris on the floor to clean efficiently and the Fluffy Optic head shows you every nasty bit of dog hair and dust on the hard floors before it obliterates it. This vacuum really is next level. I actually kind of enjoyed vacuuming. The new Dyson is superior and makes my life a whole lot easier.

I have had it for a few weeks. Love it. Easy to use, easy to clean. Does a wonderful job getting up every little particle and I can see what it is doing. Most importantly I am enjoying the weight, no ability, and quietness.

Absolutely LOVE the V15

Had the V15 for a few years and i absolutely LOVE it. Highly recommend. I have arthritis in my hands and the weight, handle and on/off button do not bother me at all. I LOVE LOVE the laser head. WISHED all Dyson heads came with laser or the option to buy different heads with laser. The V15 cleans great, bare floors and carpets. The battery lasts me a while. When i am dome vacuuming i look at the sensor and if i am low i just plug in battery. I think the wall mount charging should be an option with the package as i dont use mine and dont like wall mounts. One concern is the rubber hose in the laser head was shipped to me damaged and had a hole in the side of the hose so my husband had to plug the hole with flexible glue. The canister is easy to empty and the filter easy to clean.

Cleaning Is A Whole New Experience!

I never knew my house was so dirty until I started using this vacuum. I think I now understand what is meant by deep cleaning. Love the laser feature that finds debris the eye doesn't see. Down side is that the filter gets dirty so quickly, thus making the vacuum sit idle for 24 hours while it dries. A second filter would be a plus.
