Quality has gone south!

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the Dyson Cordless V15 vacuum. Within just six months of ownership, I've had to endure not one, but two replacements of the body and cyclones. This déjà vu is reminiscent of my experience with the V11, which barely managed to last a mere two years before succumbing to similar issues. The recurring problems and rapid deterioration of both vacuums paint a clear picture of quality concerns. It's frustrating to invest in a product that appears to have inherent flaws, leading to consistent breakdowns and replacements. Dyson's reputation for innovative design and performance does little to offset the persistent quality issues that plague the Cordless V15 vacuum, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I sent it back in 2 days. Too heavy and no wheels. Hurt my back pushing it around my carpet.

I bought this 15. Replacing the 7… the hardwood floor head attachment works great and love the lighted feature. I still am struggling with the universal head attachment as I’m not able to actually vacuum carpet with it. The head locks up and suction power will not allow it to pass through the carpet. Tried using the head adjustment to negative side and adjusting to Eco mode. Helps some but I feel it’s still not working properly.

Same problem the carpet attachment stops spinning. This is the fourth one I have to send back. This is horrible. Very, very disappointing

Absolutely LOVE my Dyson V15 Detect

I was VERY HESITANT to buy a cordless but Dyson never failed me. I absolutely LOVE my vacuum. Just wish all cleaner heads had the laser lights. Cleaner is not too heavy and cleans exceptionally well for a cordless. I have had this for over a year now. I highly recommend and would buy again.

So not worth the money

This vacuume is useless. Works horribly and doesn’t work on carpet at all. Plus it so small for big areas and suction sucks
